| June 21 - 10 | Very Superstitious Juried Exhibition: Artist Network Opening reception June 23 at 7pm Friday the 13th, four-leaf clovers, black cats, knock on wood, rabbit's foot, birthstones, wishbones, beginner's luck, mistletoe... These are just a handful of the many common superstitions that people have believed in for hundreds of years. No one is completely without superstition - they are deeply ingrained in our cultural fabric that many of us find ourselves acting out small rituals every day to avoid bad luck without thinking about it. How many of us have at some time or another avoiding walking under ladders or have tossed salt over our shoulder without knowing why? |

| May 18 - 29 | Solo Show: "Contact Required" Opening Thursday May 19th 5 - 7 pm An experimental exhibition combining the Artist and viewer's mind through the use of simple, delicate raised lines of a familiar form ...the female body. The viewer is encouraged to towards a tactile experience. Running fingers along the raised lines with eyes shut change the experience from simply viewing the art to actively participating and to some degree a "minds eye" and "contact required" completion of the work. |
